This week is the last week of this project, so I will be working on trying to beat my times running around the bases again, Doing some more arm workout, I also sm going to work on my getting down low when I take off. My project has been successful, I have notice that when I run the bases my takeoff has been better and faster. Last weekend I stole a base and my coach told me” you have got so much faster”.

This week I going to strive to focus on working on core. So I'm going to be doing bicycles, crunches, backwards crunch, left side crunch, left side crunch, leg lifts. When you want to work on running. you have to have a good and strong core to keep you running. I also want to work on running a mile again. I have a softball tournament this weekend so I'm going to record me running bases to show you my progress.
Since my project is on increasing my speed I am going to focus on working on my footwork on bases, running long distance, and short distance. The stretches that I'm going to turn my focus on is running in place with a band around my legs and working on running in a straight line. I'm also going to work on my eating habits so think week my focus on my meal is to eat healthier foods then I'm eating right now so when I run I won't feel sluggish and feel weighted. I will update you on how the meal planning goes this week.
